燃气加热炉自控系统改造

Transformation of the Automatic Control System in Fuel Gas Heating Furnace

摘要 本文针对油田部分加热炉存在安全隐患,且热效率低的缺点,提出了相应自控系统改造方案,主要包括点火装置、熄火保护装置、主控器、风机、压力控制器、液位传感器等六大部分的改造。并通过实际应用效果及理论分析,论证此方案实施后,必然可以大幅度的提高加热炉的燃烧率,彻底的消除安全隐患,降低操作人员的工作强度,从而论证了此方案的可行性。 This article aims at a part of heating furnaces existed the hidden troubles of safety, and shortcomings of low thermal efficiency, the relevant transformation scenario of automatic control system is suggested, which are included mainly the transformation of six main parts, such as: ignation device, extinction protective device, master controller, blower, pressure controller and liquid level sensor etc. Meanwhile, through the applied results and theoretical analysis demonstrate that after this scenario is carried out, it can inevitably be raised the combustion effeciency in heating furnace by a big margin, and cleared up thoroughly the hidden troubles of safety, decreased the working strength of operators, so as to demonstrate the feasibility of this scenario.
