摘要
描述了在室温下(非致冷)工作的热成象系统的噪声等效温度差NETD及其相关的红外探测器的探测率D的理论值,并给出了它们与探测器温度、背景温度、大气窗口、红外成象光学系统、积分时间等因素的理论关系曲线。
NETD(noise equivalent temperature difference) of uncooled thermal imaging system is calculated theoretically. D * (detectivity) of the infrared detector in room temperature is also presented theoretically. The theoretical curves of the relation between NETD and detector temperature, background temperature, atmospheric window, infrared optical system and integration time are presented.
