摘要
本文研究半导体激光器作为主动红外夜视照明光源所遇到的问题，讨论使用光纤对半导体激光器进行光束整圆和光斑均匀化的过程，并对各种光纤进行比较，提出解决夜视激光照明引起的模式噪声的方法。
The problem in the application of LD as an active infrared light source of illumination in nightviewing is studdied. The LD beam’s normalizating and facula’s equalizating process by optical fiber are investigated. Varietis of optical fibers are compared and the inhibiting method of the mode noise caused by laser illumination in nightviewing is suggested.
