摘要
采用直型和折叠型衰荡光腔相结合技术精确检测了COIL(氧碘化学激光器)平面高反腔镜在1.315μm的实际反射率为99.931%,测量精度10-5。该技术对镜片的反射镜角度、基底材料透光性能及尺寸无特殊要求,可由反射率相对较低的腔镜测量高反射率镜片。
Using conbinatin of straight and folded ring down cavity technique, the high reflectivity of COIL mirrors at 1.315μm has been precisely measured. The experimental results show that the reflectivity is as high as 99.931% with measuring accuracy 10 -5 .Mirrors measured can be opaque with any size at any angle of reflection. A cavity with lower reflectivity mirrors can be used to measure the higher reflectivity mirrors .
