摘要 本文研究了S+H2,S;H2S+H2;H2S,S+H2S和S+H2S十H2等不同气氛下用CaCO3硫化法制备的CaS粉末中的CaSO4和CaO杂质相的含量与反应气氛和反应方法的关系.X射线衍射分析表明,CaSO4和CaO杂质相的含量与反应气氛有密切的联系.CaS粉末中F+中心(带两个正电荷的S空位俘获一个电子)的数量与反应原材料和CaSO4和CaO杂质相的含量有关.光致发光的激发光谱表明,在CaS:TmF3发光粉末中存在由Tm3+离子发光中心向F+中心的能量传递,CaS粉末大量的F+中心的存在不利于CaS:TmF3蓝色发光效率的提高.通过对不同气氛下制备的CaS粉末F+中心、CaSO4和CaO杂质相的含量进行分析和比较,找到了制备适用于CaS:TmF3发光材料的CaS粉末的最佳方法. This paper studied the preparation of CaS powders by sulfurizing CaCO3 in different atmosphere such as S+N2, S+air, H2S+H2, H2S, S+H2S and S+H2S+H2 with different reactivemethods. The formation of impurity phases such as CaSO4 and CaO depends strongly on thesulfurizing atmospheres. The amount of F+ vacancies and the influence of F+ vacancies on theblue luminescence of CaS:TmF3 phosphor were studied by photoluminescent (PL) and photoluminescent excitation spectra (PLE). It is concluded that CaS powders containing large amount of F+vacancies are not suitable for preparation of efficient CaS:TmF3 phosphor because of the energytransfer from host and Tin3+ luminescent centers to the F+ vacancies. The quajified CaS powderfor CaS:TmF3 phosphor was prepared by sulfurizing CaCO3 in S+H2S atmosphere.
