摘要
利用高真空多源型有机分子沉积系统制备了同8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq3)和叔丁基联苯基苯基呃二唑(PBD)交替生长的有机多层周期结构,小角X-射线衍射分析表明,样品具有良好的、完整的结构特性,并且界面质量很好.光致发光测量中发现,对于由以上两种材料制备的周期结构,激发态能量发生了从PBD层向Alq3中转移的现象,并且随着PBD层厚度的变薄,这种能量转移现象更加明显.电致发光测量中发现谱线在室温下有蓝移及窄化现象.
ultiple periodic structure consisting of organic materials have been fabricated from tris (8hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3) and 2(4biphenylyl)5(4tertbutylphenyl)1,3,3oxadiazole (PBD) by a highvacuum multisourcetype organic molecular deposition system. From smallangle Xray diffraction patterns of Alq3/PBD multilayer structure, a periodically layered structure is confirmed through the entire stack. From photoluminescence measurements, it is found that exciton energy transfer from PBD to Alq3 layer increased with decreasing of PBD layer thickness. Blue shifting and narrowing of the emission spectrum have also been observed for the electroluminescent devices with the organic multiple perodic structure at room temperature.
