对近年来提出的四种提高ＣＣＤ测量分辨率的方法：概率论方法、解调法、空间拟合函数法、插值法进行了系统的理论分析，从数学上推导了这些方法的机理，总结了这些方法的优点和不足，为选用合适的检测方法提供了依据．

The theoretical analysis of four methods presented in recent years to enhance CCD measure resolution is reported systematically,the mathematical mechanism of the methods is deduced,the advantages and disadvantages of the methods are summarized,and then the reasons for selecting suitable measure methods are provided.
