摘要
目的评价Allegretto波前像差仪测量角膜屈光手术前,不同光照度下瞳孔直径的准确性和可行性:方法采用Allegretto波前像差仅对100例(200眼)拟行准分子激光角膜屈光手术的近视眼进行不同光照度下的瞳孔直径测量并与瞳孔尺比较。结果0.5lux、1.5lux、6.5lux光照度下波前像差仪测得的瞳孔直径分别为:(7.42±0.92)mm;(6.87±0.82)mm;(6.05±0.75)/lqm,3组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。0.5lux光照度下瞳孔直径范围:5.12~9.87m/iq,变化范围极大且有40眼(20%)大于8mm,5眼(2.5%)大于9mm。在1.5lux光照度下,波前像差仪所测的瞳孔直径与瞳孔尺所测的瞳孔直径无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论Allegretto波前像差仪能测量不同光照度下瞳孔直径,且能测定0.5lux暗光下的瞳孔直径。
Objective To evaluate the reliance and repeatability of measurement of pupil size before refractive surgery using allegretto wavefront analyzer. Methods The pupil size of 100 (200eyes) myopic subjects was measured under three illuminance levels using the Allegretto wavefront analyzer and compared with Haab ruler. Results The pupil size measured under three illuminanee levels by Allegretto wavofront analyzer is respectively 7.42 :l: 0.92 mm(0.5 lux), 6.87±0. 82mm(1.5 lux)and 6.05±0.75mm(6.5 lux). There are significant differences in the pupil size among three illuminanee condition( P〈0.01 ). Under 0. 5lux, the rang of pupil size measured by Allegretto wavefront analyzer is 5.12-9.87mm. There are 40 eyes (20 % ) more than 8 mm and 5 eyes (2.5%) more than 9 ram. Under 1.5 lux, there are no significant differences in the pupil size between the Allegretto wavefront analyzer and Haab ruler(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The Allegretto wavefront analyzer can measure pupil size under different scotopie condition. It may be a better choice for refractive surgery.
