概述了Ａ／Ｄ、Ｄ／Ａ转换器的发展动向，分析了其在模拟集成电路中的地位，提出了Ａ／Ｄ、Ｄ／Ａ转换器的主流产品和主流技术，在此基础上阐述了我国Ａ／Ｄ、Ｄ／Ａ转换器的发展概况，最后提出了发展我国Ａ／Ｄ、Ｄ／Ａ转换器的建议。

The developing trend of analogtodigital and digitaltoanalog converters is described in general. The important role it plays in analog IC’s is analyzed. The mainstream products and technologies for A/D and D/A converters are pointed out. The stateofthe art of ADCs and DACs in the country is reviewed. Finally, suggestions are made on the research and development of A/D and D/A converters in China.
