摘要
河南神马尼龙化工有限责任公司动力厂KDON-3500/3200/150型空分装置采用的是全低压分子筛净化工艺,精馏塔采用的是筛板塔。在2007年5月装置大修后的开车过程中,精馏塔发生严重液泛,通过对膨胀机密封气系统的技术改造,并根据上塔阻力变化情况及时控制和调整生产负荷及膨胀气量,缩短液氧吸附器的再生周期以及经常对主冷进行液氧置换,外购液氧以弥补装置产氧量不足等措施,成功避免了装置停车加温。
Total LP molecular sieve process is adopted by KDON -3500/3200/150 air separation unit, in which the sieve plate column is used for rectification, in power plant of Henan Shenma Nylon Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. The liquid flooding is occurred seriously in the rectification column during start-up after May 2007 overhaul. To solve the problems, the revamp is carried out on seal air system of expander combined with control and adjustment of load and amount of expanded air based on resistance change of upper column, shorten regeneration span, and frequently replacing the liquefied oxygen in main cooler with purchased one.
