自动升降货柜的墙板宽0.8m,高6.4m,全焊接结构,由2根方管焊上8块2mm厚的钢板组成。钢板上冲压出方形波纹,作为货物进出的轨道。整块墙板共有80条波纹,要求每条波纹对地面的累积误差<±0.5mm,波纹相互间的平行度偏差<0.5mm,构件采用半自动Ar-CO2混合气体保护焊。为减小变形,降低整机运行时的噪声,因此,采用了塞焊。墙板装配使用2m长的矫正压铁,加工后具有定位和矫形双重功能。利用金属材料的流动性,装配时,将波纹偏差强制矫正。焊接时采用合理的工艺参数,进行交叉跳跃焊,焊后进行锤击以消除应力,从而保证了焊件的精度要求。
The steel wall unit of the auto-storehouse which was looked as a high container, with a width of 0.8 m and a height of 6.4 m. The unit was made of 2 square tubes and 8 plates. Each of the plates had 10 ribs, total 80 ribs at the wall unit. These ribs were used as the paths at which the goods were carried. The height tolerance from any rib to the ground must less than ±0.5 mm, and the parallel tolerances between any ribs must less than 0.5 mm. The wall unit was jointed by plug welding with Ar-CO2 gas shielded. Adopting plug welding is advantageous to less deformation when welding and to lower noise when auto-storehouse was running. Two special templates were used when the unit was assembled. The template was a square tube with the length of 2 m, processed by auto-machine, had rigidity and high precision. They were used to help the plates locating right and to adjust deformation for ribs. To choose right welding parameters, weld dots alternately, and hammer all welding dots, the wall units were made with success.
