Briefly analyzed the problems and causes the eliminated methods and process, especially mentioned of difficulty in starting for QY12 auto-crane, pointed out that the neglect of the day-to-day maintenance and repair for the electric starter is one of the most important factors of the failures, such as start - up electric power shortage of internal combustion engine starting system, difficulty in starting, heat of engine and so on.
