摘要
为高效创新利用甘薯种质资源,对海南收集的216份甘薯种质生物学特性的评价结果表明,来源于不同地域的甘薯种质有明显差异,同地域的种质比较类似,应鼓励使用远缘亲本进行杂交育种。由于大部分甘薯种质存在低产、低干率、食味差和外观缺陷,因此,在未来的甘薯选育中,应注重高产、高干率、食味优等指标,以及薯形、薯皮和薯肉的颜色等商品性状。
In order to effectively use sweet potato germplasm resources, the study systematically evaluated 216 sweet potato germplasm resources in Hainan Island, China. The results showed that most germplasm resources came from different regions were obviously different, and most germplasm resources came from near regions had similar characteristics, so distant hybridization should be done in sweet potato breeding. Because most germplasm resources had low tuber yield and dry matter content, poor taste and appearance, the future breeding objects should focus on high tuber yield, high dry matter content, good eating quality, and tuber color.
