摘要
在家蚕卵进入滞育后,用30 Gy吸收剂量的60Coγ射线对带有家蚕微粒子病原的家蚕种进行放射治疗,在3个中试点3年的小面积防治试验中均取得了较好的防治效果,全茧量平均增加7.70%,茧层量平均增加16.20%,茧层率平均增加7.99%,但3龄起蚕绝食生命时数平均下降4.5 h,死蛹率平均增加2.15%,全龄经过平均延长13 h,1日孵化率与2日孵化率均极显著低于对照区,表明蚕卵经放射治疗后家蚕体质已有所下降。
After silkworm eggs enter the diapause period, radiation therapy with ^60Coγ-ray at 30 Gy absorbed dose against Nosema bombycis disease in silkworm eggs was conducted for 3 years at three spots, and good effects have gotten as follows : cocoon weight increased by an average of 7.70 percent, cocoon shell weight increased by an average of 16.20%, cocoon shell percentage increased by an average of 7.99 percent. But since the 3rd instar, the longevity of fasted silkworm decreased by an average of 4. 5 hours, the mortality of pupae increased by an average of 2.15 percent, and the average duration of whole larvae stage increased by 13 hours, and the hatchability of 1 - day - old and 2 - day - old eggs was all lower than that of the control. These results proved that after radiation therapy the silkworm eggs have shown some decline in their physical condition.
