摘要
通过单因素试验和多因素水平的正交试验对玉米醇溶蛋白的提取工艺进行了研究,试验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为提取温度60℃,提取时间1.5h,料液比1∶10,乙醇浓度80%。
The single factor experiments and the orthogonal experiment with mutifactor were used in the paper to research the extraction technology of zein. The results showed that, the optimal technological conditions of zein were that treated at 60 ℃ for 1.5 h, the ratio of material to solvent was 1：10 and the concentration of ethanol was 80%.
