摘要
通过离体和活体试验,研究不同浓度的肉桂精油对东陵枣采后致病菌链格孢(Alternaria alternata)的抑制效果。离体试验结果表明,肉桂精油对链格孢具有较强的抑制活性,300μL/L肉桂精油可以完全抑制链格孢病菌生长。活体试验结果表明,100μL/L与500μL/L肉桂精油均能显著地抑制链格孢病菌在东陵枣上的生长。20℃条件下贮藏15天后,用100μL/L处理的东陵枣发病率比对照(ck)减少13%,用500μL/L处理的东陵枣发病率比对照(ck)减少33%。
In vitro and in vivo, the inhibitory effects of cassia oil against major pathogens alternaria alternata in dongling jujube were tested at different concentrations, and the inhibitory effects of cassia oil on postharvest diseases were studied in storage. The results showed that, the cassia oil exhibited antifungal activity against A. alternata. The cassia oil inhibited completely the A.alternata at 300 μL/L. The results in vivo showed that two concentrations (100 μL/L,500 μL/L) of cassia oil were significantly effective in reducing decay incidence in dongling jujube. When unwounded dongling jujube were treated with cassia oil in storage at 20℃ for 15 days, the percentages of decayed dongling jujube treated by 100 μL/L cassia oil was reduced by 13% and the percentagesof decayed dongling jujube treated by 500 μL/L cassia oil was reduced by 33% compared with control.
