摘要
炭素材料硫含量测定方法YB/T1430—1997是1997年颁布实施的冶金行业标准。该标准中的艾士卡法测定准确但消耗时间,一般多采用快速法测定。国内各厂矿均已采用快速测定方法,但仲裁测定时还需采用艾士卡法。为了适应我国经济快速发展和更好地与国际接轨,根据国家标准委员会标准制修订计划,对炭素材料中硫含量的库仑滴定法进行了研究,阐述了库仑测定法的分析原理和分析步骤。研究表明,该方法用时少,准确度高,再现性好,适合批量样品的测试,可替代艾士卡法。
The Determination of sulfur content in Carbon Materials, which belongs to one of the metallurgical industry standards YB/T1430--1997, is promulgated and implemented in 1997. In the standard,Escar method is accurate but time-consuming. A rapid method is generally used by internal factories and mines, but Escar method is obligatory for arbitration. In order to adapt to China's rapid economic development and align with the international standards better, in accordance with the revision plan of national standards scheme committee, Coulomb titration method for the determination of the sulfur in carbon material was studied in the paper, the analysis principle and the analysis step of the method were proposed. The result shows that the Coulomb titration method is suitable for batch samples with high accuracy, repeatability and less pretreatment time, it is an alternative method of Escar method.
