摘要
在国际炭阳极质量标准当中,空气渗透率是反映预焙阳极质量的一项重要指标,但国内质量指标尚未纳入。在当前电解普遍强化电流的情况下,预焙阳极的空气渗透率对电解过程中阳极的过量消耗有着重要的影响。本文从石油焦质量、黏结剂质量、煅烧工艺控制、干料配比和黏结剂用量、生阳极焙烧等方面分析探讨了影响预焙阳极空气渗透率的因素,并提出了降低预焙阳极空气渗透率的措施,包括对原料的优选混配、煅烧工艺改进、配方优化、焙烧质量提高等。
Air permeability of carbon anode is one of the most important factors which can reflect the quality of anodes in the international quality standards, but it hasn't been included in the national standards. With the electrolytic current enhancement, air permeability of the prebaked carbon anode plays a very important role in the anode excessive reaction. In this paper, the effects of petroleum coke quality, coal tar pitch quality, impurity elements, formula and amount of coal tar pitch, and all sorts of production technological conditions on the air permeability of the prebaked anode were discussed. The measures were put forward to decrease the air permeability, including matching raw material before calcinations process , optimizing the calcinations and baking process control, improving the formula etc.
