电炉炼钢的发展与石墨电极生产的技术进步 被引量:4

DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRIC FURNACE STEELMAKING AND TECHNICAL PROGRESS OF GRAPHITE ELECTRODE PRODUCTION

摘要 主要介绍近代电炉炼钢的四大发展,即炼钢电炉的高功率化和大型化,熔化炉与精炼炉的分工和合作,解决大电流操作对电网冲击的直流电炉的崛起。简述电弧炉用导电材料石墨电极在上世纪50年代以后的七大技术进步,即:针状焦在高功率和超高功率石墨电极上的应用;锥形接头连接;在接头表面嵌入接头栓防止连接松动;浸渍技术的扩大使用和浸渍剂的改进;内热串接石墨化技术的推广;电极表面抗氧化涂层技术;高精度的加工机床使用。 The developments of electric furnace steelmaking were introduced, including high power and large scale of electric furnace for steelmaking, the division of work and cooperation of fuser and finery, and the rise of direct current furnace that solves the surging of heavy current to power system. The technical progresses of graphite electrode for electric arc furnace were simply described since 1950s, including the application of needle coke in the production of high power and ultra high power graphite electrode, taper joint, nipple pin, spread of impregnation technology and improvement for impregnant, popularization of lengthwise graphitization, coating technology for oxidation resistance on the surface of graphite electrode, and the usage of high precision machining tool.
