摘要
在焙烧过程中,竖装阳极出现爪孔缺陷的现象是导致阳极生产废品率增多及成本居高不下的一个很重要原因。本文结合神火铝业实际生产情况,提出爪孔密实技术以提高竖装阳极质量。此技术经过实施和改进已经取得了良好的效果,希望这一技术能够在其他炭素生产部门得到应用和推广。
The phenomenon that the crack defect at jaw hole during baking process of carbon anode vertically charged in baker causes the defective index of carbon anode rise. Combined with the practice, the densifieation for jaw hole is put forth, which can be helpful to improve the quality of pre-baked carbon anode and reduce the waste index, and it could be hoped to be applied in the other carbon enterprises.
