体现人本主义教学观的课堂教学活动——新世纪大学英语系列教材《综合教程》(第一册)使用情况调查研究

摘要 以人本主义教育观为指导思想而编写的"新世纪大学英语系列教材"《综合教程》以学生为中心,引导学生进行有意义的学习,重视开发学习者的自我潜能。对该教程第一册的使用情况进行调查研究后,发现其课堂教学活动能够让学生在有意义的学习过程中培养语言综合运用能力,学会解决问题、与人合作及自主学习,最终达到自我实现。 Compiled in strict accordance with humanistic education concept, Zooming In: An Integrated English Course, one of the major components of New Century College English Coursebook Series, is student-centred. It leads the students to learn significantly and emphasizes the exploitation of learners' potential. The pre- sent paper aims at studying the effect of the use of Book 1. It is found that its classroom activites are especially designed to motivate the students to learn significantly. By significant learning, the students improve their com- prehensive language abilities, and the abilities of problem-solving, cooperating with others and autonomous learning, thus attaining the goal of self-actualization.
