摘要
普通高校毕业生的就业工作与企业产品的市场营销工作有着非常相似的特征和过程,日趋激烈的人才市场竞争,决定了高校毕业生就业工作融以"市场营销"理论的可行性和必要性。高校毕业生就业工作,既有营销理论的普遍适用性,又有毕业生产营销的特殊性。因此,将企业组织中的营销理论引入到高校就业指导工作中是具有研究价值和可行的。
Graduate employment is greatly similar to enterprise products marketing in its characteristic and process. The increasingly fierce talents competition decides it must combine the feasibility and necessity of marketing theory. Graduate employment, which has the universal applicability of marketing theory and the particularity of the graduating production-distribution. Therefore, it has important research value and feasible to introduce marketing theory of the enterprise organization in the guidance for university graduate employment.
