摘要
高校图书馆读者自助服务作为一项新兴的、具有强大生命力的服务模式,已经被图书馆和读者所青睐。高校图书馆要做好自助服务工作,必须从自助服务项目设置、资源建设、服务规范等方面着手,强化服务手段,加强资源建设,提供规范服务,提高服务水平。
As a new and strong vitality service model, Self-service has been favored by university libraries and readers. To do Library self-service job well, it is necessary to set up self-service projects, build up library resources and establish service norms, etc, so as to reinforce the service methods, strengthen the construction, offer service norms and finally improve service levels.
