摘要
报导了由CMOS跨导运算放大器(CMOSOTA)和电容(C)实现的双二次可变迟延均衡器,其迟延曲线形状和最大迟延频率可分别由各自控制电流调节。该电路中无电阻,易于单片集成。设计了具有新型输入级的OTA,它大大扩展了线性输入范围和改善了非线性误差,详细分析了双二次迟延均衡器的原理,提出了实现均衡器的电路结构,给出了电路的计算机模拟结果。
The biquadratic variable delay equalizer with operational transconductance amplifiers (OTA) and capacitors (C) is presented. Its delay curve shape and maximum delay frequency can be adjusted by their respective controlled currents, and it can be conveniently integrated. The basic principle of biquadratic delay equalizer is analyzed, circuit structure of equalizer and the results of computer simulation are described in this paper.
