摘要
馒头的起源与社会历史发展许多相关方面有着丰富的联系,可以从语言词语演变、馒头制作工艺技术发展、文化变异及文化交流等不同的学术角度看馒头的起源和历史发展,这能丰富我们对馒头这种中国传统主食的理解与认识。
This paper discusses the origin and historical development of the steamed bun from various academic angles ranging from the evolving of linguistic terms, the technological development of manufacturing and pro- cessing of the steamed bun to cultural variation and the cultural exchange, which enriches our understanding and knowledge about the Chinese traditional staple food.
