作为政策过程的重要环节之一,政策评估已成为政策科学理论与实践的一个基本主题。政策评估主体在整个政策评估活动中处于核心地位,发挥着主导作用,并会对评估结果产生极为重要的影响。对公共政策评估主体的概念及类型进行了概述,分析了当前我国公共政策评估主体体系的不足,提出了完善我国公共政策评估主体体系的对策。

As an important link in the process of policy, policy evaluation has become one of the basic topics of scientific theory and practice of policy. The subject of public policy evaluation subject plays a core and leading role in evaluating policy, influencing the result of evaluation. This paper summarizes the concept and types of public policy evaluation subject, analyzes the defects of current public policy evaluation subject system and advances countermeasures for perfecting the system of public policy evaluation subject.
