摘要
建立高水平的双语师资队伍成为高校开展双语教学的关键。从双语教学教师的引进、教师外语语言能力与教学方法的培训、考核和激励机制等方面对高校双语教学师资队伍的培养模式进行了阐述。
The higher-level bilingual faculty is the key to bilingual teaching. The paper elaborates on the training model of bilingual teaching faculty in terms of the recruiting of bilingual teaching faculty, the training of the facuhy' s foreign language ability and teaching methods, evaluating and encouraging mechanism.
