摘要
高层次人才队伍建设是关乎高校长远生存、发展的永恒主题,研究、分析和解决高等学校在高层次人才引进中存在的问题,具有重大而现实的意义。从理论和实践两个层面,对人才引进工作中的标准、程序、机制、使用、培养等问题进行了深入探讨,并提出了解决这些问题的基本思路与对策。
The construction of high level talent concerns the eternal subject of the long-term survival and development of the university. It' s of great significance for the university to study, analyze and deal with the problems existing in recruiting talent. The paper has a thorough discussion of the standard, procedure, mecha- nism, use and cultivation involving talent recruiting from theoretical and practical aspects and advances basic train of thought and countermeasures.
