摘要
美国社会教育机构注重学习世界先进国家发展社会教育的成功经验,调动当地社区居民参与社会教育的积极性,充分利用各级学校教育机构的设施和师资兴办社会教育,根据当地社区居民的需求变化及时调整社会教育的内容,把文化知识教育与职业技术教育结合,注重对当地居民进行美国化的教育和采用灵活多样的教学方式和先进的教育教学手段进行教学,注意使社会教育为提高当地社区居民的生活质量服务,也对青少年健康人格起了巨大推进作用。可以借鉴美国社会教育的历史经验,加强对大学生人格培养具有重要意义的社会教育的发展。
The social educational institutions in U. S. A. attach importance to successful experience from advanced countries in the world. They motivate the local inhabitant to participate in the social education and make full use of the facilities and the teaching faculty in all levels of schools to initiate social education. They adjust the content of social education according to the inhabitant' s changes of demand, combine intellectual education with vocational-technical education, focus on Americanizing the inhabitant with diversified and flexi- ble teaching methods by means of advanced teaching forms with a view to making social education serve for im- proving the inhabitant' s quality of life, which promotes the moral education of youngsters. We can use the experience for references and strengthen the moral education of the university student.
