低相对分子质量透明质酸的超声降解制备 被引量:1

Preparation of low-molecular-weight hyaluronan using ultrasonic degradation

摘要 配制不同质量浓度的透明质酸溶液,置于超声波振荡器中降解,改变超声波频率、水浴温度和pH值大小,观察透明质酸在不同条件下的降解情况。结果透明质酸溶液质量浓度为2.0g/L时降解最快,且超声波频率越高,温度越低,越有利于降解,pH值大小对降解影响不大,酸性环境下降解略好于中性和碱性环境。 The hyaluronan at different concentrations were degraded in ultrasonic oscillator by changing ultrasonic frequency, water bath temperature and pH value. The hyaluronan at the concentration of 2.0 g/L degraded at the highest rates. High ultrasonic frequency and low temperature were propitious to hyaluronan degradation, while the pH value had little influence on it. Moreover, acid condition was a little more convenient for hyaluronan degradation than neutral and basic conditions.
