摘要 目的提高西洋参茎叶利用率,系统研究各皂苷成分含量。方法通过大孔树脂吸附法从西洋参茎叶中提取分离得到总皂苷,再利用硅胶柱层析法分离出人参二醇类皂苷、人参三醇类皂苷、齐墩果酸类皂苷。对二醇类、三醇类皂苷进行含量测定,并与西洋参根、人参中两类皂苷含量进行比较分析。结果研究证明西洋参茎叶总皂苷含量明显高于西洋参根。结论西洋参茎叶皂苷含量是西洋参根中总皂苷含量的2.89倍,是人参中总皂苷含量的15.99倍。 Objective To study the saponin's consistensts of the dried stalks and leaves of Panax quinquefolium L. Methods Total saponin were extracted and isolated from stem and leaves of American Ginseng. By means of acroporous resinm and classic silica gels column chrormatography panaxadiol panaxtriol oleanolic acid saponin were isolated and identified respectively. Each contents were determined by col- ormetetry. Also it was compared with saponins of Ginseng and the rots of Ametican Ginseng. Results It is proved that thetotal saponin content was significantly higher in American ginseng stem and leaf than in American ginseng root. Conclusion Total saponin of American ginseng stems and leaves was 2.89 times than American ginseng root ,and 15.99 times than the total ginseng saponin.
