摘要
本文主要用小扰动近似方法(SPM)对一维随机粗糙面的电磁散射做了一些数值计算,并讨论了相关长度l,高度均方根h对基片微粗糙表面后向散射系数的影响。
This paper introduced the parameters of the census and statistics which eharactering of rough surface roughness .Then on this basis derived small disturbance approximation (SPM). Finally this method has done some numerical calculated and discussed the parameters of the surface L a high degree of correlation length of the substrate and h micro - rough surface scattering after the two - way reflection coefficient and the impact of distribution functions.
