固体超强酸SO4(2-)/Al2O3催化α-蒎烯合成龙脑 被引量:6

摘要 对固体超强酸SO24-/Al2O3催化标题化合物作了研究,并对催化剂的制备及龙脑合成反应的最佳条件进行了探索。研究表明:当催化剂的焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间为3 h,催化剂的用量为α-蒎烯质量的4%,α-蒎烯与无水草酸的物质的量比为1∶0.2时,产率可达66.93%。产品中正龙脑含量可达85.43%,产品中正、异龙脑的含量比高达12.47∶1。 The synthesis of borneol from a-pinene catalyzed by solid superacid SO4^2-/Al2O3 was studied. The superacid SO4^2- / Al2O3 had high catalytic activity in the synthesis of bomeol. The factors influencing the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions for preparation of the catalyst and the optimal reaction conditions were as follows:The calcina- tion temperature of the catalyst was 500℃ and its calcination time was 3 h,the dosage level of catalyst was 4% of the mass of α-pinene,and the tool ratio of α-pinene to anhydrous oxalic acid was 1:0.2. Under the above-mentioned conditions, the yield of the reaction product could reach 66.93% ,the content of bomeol in product could reach 85.43 %, and the ratio of bomeol to isobomeol in the product was 12.47:1.
