Z-2-碘-2-丁烯甲烷酸酯的新合成方法

New method for synthesis of Z-2-iodo-2-butenyl mesylate

摘要 设计了一种合成标题化合物的新方法,以Z-2-碘-2-丁烯醛为起始原料,通过碘代、还原和酯化合成出了目标产物,总收率81.1%。产品的结构经1HNMR、高分辨质谱确证。 A new method for synthesis of Z-2-iodo-2-butenyl mesylate was reported. It was synthesized through a-iodination, reduction and esterification using Z-2-butenal as the starting materim with an overall yield of 81.1%. The structure of the target product was confirmed by 1HNMR and HRMS.
