摘要
报道了以葡萄糖和乙酸酐为原料,分子碘催化下,在温和的条件下(0~5℃)高产率(98%)的合成标题化合物的新方法。其结构经傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析得到确证。
This article describes a facile method for synthesis of 1,2,3,4,6-penta- O-acetyl-a-D-glucopyranose. The reaction of glucose with acetic anhydride was carried out in the presence of a catalyst I2, and went smoothly at 0 - 5℃ to afford 1,2,3,4,6- penta-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranose in high yield (98%). Its structure was confirmed by FT-IR, 1HNMR and elemental analysis.
