摘要
本文通过对辊缝显示表工作过程的分析,提出了利用旋转编码器、掉电保护芯片、单片机、数据显示和驱动芯片等组成的测控系统来实现辊缝测量数据的显示,较详细地介绍了测控系统的测试原理、硬件结构和软件流程,文章最后给出了应用结果;
Through the analysis of the working process of the roll gap display instrument, this article proposed a scheme in which the measurement data of the roll gap are displayed through the measurement & control system consisting of the rotary encoder, power fail safeguard chip, single-chip microcomputer, data displaying and driving chips and other components. The paper also introduces the measurement principle in detail of the measurement & control system, hardware framework and software process, with the result of application given.
