摘要
目的建立心安宁片中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：Kromasil--C18柱（4．6mm×250mm）；检测波长250nm;流动相：甲醇-水（25：75）。结果葛根素在0．02694-0．21552μg范围内，线性关系良好，平均回收率为97．16％。结论本方法准确、简便、快速，适合于该药的质量分析检验。
OBJECTIVE To establish an analytical method for determinating puerarin in Xinanning Tablet by HPLC. METHODS Puerarin in the Xinanning Tablet was separated by HPLC on C18 column（4. 6mm× 250mm）with a methanol-water（25 ： 75）as mobile phase and detected at 250nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL.min^-1. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship with a range of 0. 02694-0. 21552μg for puerarin,the average recovery rate was 97. 16%. CONCLUSION The method was accurate,rapid and simple for quantitative analysis of puerarin in Xinanning Tablet.
