摘要
目的研究镇眩颗粒对VBI模型大鼠软脑膜微循环的影响。方法采用激光多普勒微循环血流仪所显示的脑微循环血流量进行观察。结果镇眩颗粒能够增加模型大鼠30、45、60、75min的软脑膜微循环血流量,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论镇眩颗粒能够改善大鼠软脑膜微循环。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Zhenxuan Granules on leptomeningeal microcirculation of vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI) rat. METHODS To observe cerebral microcirculation blood flow by laser doppler flowmetry microcirculation. RESULTS Zhenxuan Granules can improve the blood flow of 30,45,60,75min of leptomeningeal microcirculation of Vertebrobasilar insufficiency rat. There was significant difference with model groups( P 〈0. 05). CONCLUSION Zhenxuan Granules can improve leptomeningeal microeirculation of vertebrobasilar insufficiency rat.
