摘要
用新的方法对原料进行预处理,采用高温固相法制备SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+夜光材料。通过测试分析SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+夜光材料的晶相组成、激发光谱、发射光谱和余辉性能,研究了工艺条件对SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+夜光材料光学性能的影响。实验结果表明,预处理工序是制备SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+夜光材料的前提,新的预处理方法有效地改善了余辉性能;原料配比影响晶相组成和发光颜色;烧结温度和助熔剂含量主要影响晶相组成和余辉性能。
Raw material needs to be pretreated in new ways, thus, SrAl2O4; Eu^2+ , Dy^3+ were produced by solid phase reaction method. The phase composition, excitation spectrum, emission spectrum and phosphorescence properties of luminous material were tested. For influence of process conditions on luminescent properties of SrAl2O4; Eu^2+ , Dy^3+ , the experimental results indicate that the pre-proeessing is premise of the synthesis of luminous material, new pre-processing improves luminescent properties of SrAl2O4; Eu^2+ , Dy^3+ has an effectively, raw material ratio has an effect on phase composition and luminescent color, sintering temperature and flux content has an effect on phase composition and luminescent properties.
