摘要
以优质弱筋小麦宁麦13为试材,研究了不同施氮水平和氮肥运筹比例对其籽粒产量和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,施氮量在0。240kg/hm^2,籽粒产量随着施氮量的增加而提高,施氮能极显著提高宁麦13的穗数和每穗粒数,但蛋白质含量也相应提高。在相同施氮水平下,增加拔节孕穗期氮肥比例有利于提高产量,但蛋白质含量也有增加趋势。综合产量和品质分析表明,弱筋小麦宁麦13在施氮量180kg/hm^2的条件下,以基肥:壮蘖肥:拔节肥:穗肥为5:1:4:0时最易实现优质与高产的协调。
A weak gluten wheat cuhivar, Ningmai 13, was taken as an experimental material to study the effects of nitrogen application rates (0 kg/hm^2, 180 kg/hm^2 and 240 kg/hm^2 ) and dressing ratios (5: 1 : 4:0,5: 1 : 2:2,7: 1 : 2: 0 and 9: 1:0:0) on its grain yield and protein content. The grain yield, number of spikes and kernels per spike were increased with increasing nitrogen rate, however, protein content was increased simultaneously, under the range of nitrogen application of 0 -240 kg/hm^2. The grain yield was raised with rising nitrogen ratio at elongation and booting stage, but protein content was increased under the same nitrogen dressing ratio. Based on these results, the recommendation to achieve high yield and better quality for Ningmai 13 was dressing ratio of basic to tillering to elongation nitrogen fertilizer of 5:1 : 4:0 under the nitrogen application rate of 180 kg/hm^2.
