凤眼莲活性提取物的抑菌活性研究 被引量:10

摘要 以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、青霉、黑曲霉为试验菌种,对凤眼莲活性提取物进行了抑菌活性试验,结果表明:(1)凤眼莲活性提取物具有抑菌活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑制效果较好,MIC值分别为0.625%和5.000%;(2)凤眼莲活性提取物的抑菌活性具有较宽的pH值适用范围;(3)100℃以内加热20 min对凤眼莲活性提取物的抑菌活性无显著影响;(4)对菌种的作用时间相同时,活性提取物的浓度越高,抑菌率越高;提取物浓度相同时,作用时间越长,抑菌率越高。 Staphylococcus aureus,Eschrichia coli,Penicillium and Aspergillus niger were selected as tested bacteria, to study the antibacterial activities of extract from Eichhornia crassipes. The results showed that : the extract had the antibacterial activities, which were more obvious and stronger on Staphglocouus aureus and Eschrichia coli, the MIC was 0. 625% and 5%. The antibacterial activities of extract had wide scope on pH value. The antibacterial activities of the extract hadn't been effected by heated under 100℃ for 20 min. When the action times were same, the higher concentration, the higher antibacterial rate. When concentration were same, the longer action time, the higher antibacterial rate.
