具蛇床子素母体结构衍生物JS-B对辣椒疫霉作用机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 离体生物活性试验结果表明,具蛇床子素母体结构衍生物JS-B对辣椒疫霉菌丝干重和游动孢子萌发的抑制中浓度(EC50)分别为43.74μg/ml和86.03μg/ml。JS-B使用浓度为400.0μg/ml时对辣椒疫霉表现为杀菌作用。扫描电镜研究表明JS-B能够使辣椒疫霉菌丝呈现干瘪和皱缩的现象。透射电镜研究表明JS-B能够破坏辣椒疫霉菌丝线粒体,使细胞核浓缩,细胞内出现囊泡,且细胞器畸形。在加入JS-B前添加终浓度为100.0μmol/L的葡萄糖能显著减少辣椒疫霉游动孢子的破裂。 In this experiment, antifungal activity of JS-B, a modified osthol derivative, against Phytophthora capsici was researched. The effects of JS-B on mycelial dry weight and zoospore germination of P. capsici in vitro were determined, the EC50 values were 43.74 μg/ml and 86.03 μg/ml, respectively. JS-B performed sterilization action against P. capsici at concentration of 400. 0μg/ml. After JS-B treatment, hypha displayed shrinkage and flat, watched under scanning electron microscope, most mitochondrions was destructed, cell nuclear concentrated, vesicles appeared and organelles were monstrous. Adding 100. 0 μmol/L glucose before JS-B addition, could reduce number of reptured released zoospores of P. capsici.
