甜椒CMS不育基因ISSR的分子标记

ISSR Marker of Cytoplasmic Male Sterility in Sweet Pepper

运用ISSR技术对甜椒CMST6A及其相应的保持系T6B基因组DNA进行了比较分析,共使用了44条随机引物,其中33条引物在两系之中都获得了扩增产物。在不育系中获得了1条稳定扩增的特异片段ISSR-81400。通过随机抽取群体的不育和可育单株对ISSR引物进行鉴定,初步认为ISSR-81400可能是与甜椒CMS不育基因连锁的分子标记。

The comparative analysis of genomic DNAs between sweet pepper cytoplasmic male sterile line CMST6A and its maintainer line T6B was made by means of ISSR technique. Thirty-three primers amplified products in the two lines from 44 random primers, among which the specific fragment ISSR-81400of CMST6A was found. The primer ISSR-8 was identified with sterile plants and fertile plants. The result showed the marker ISSR-81400 is likely linked with male sterile gene.
