摘要
以青菜为材料,研究不同浓度藻毒素(MC)对其发芽、生长和抗氧化酶活性的影响,以及MC-LR和MC-RR在幼苗体内的积累。结果表明:随着MC浓度的升高,种子发芽率没有显著差异,但发芽势受到明显抑制。与对照相比青菜幼苗的株高、根长、鲜重和干重均显著降低。MC对青菜幼苗体内抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性具有不同影响,高浓度MC对酶活性具有一定抑制作用。幼苗体内MC-LR和MC-RR积累含量随着MC处理浓度的升高而增加;但MC-LR和MC-RR的生物富集系数(BCF)随着MC浓度的增加而减小。结果显示MC可在青菜幼苗体内积累,这可能产生潜在食品安全风险。
Effects of different concentrations of microcystins (MC) on the growth and the activities of antioxidant enzymes in Chinese cabbage ( Brassica. chinensis L. ) and the accumulation of MC-LR and MC-RR in seedlings were studied. The results showed that seedling height, root length, fresh weight and dry weight all significantly reduced, compared to control. The activities of antioxidant enzymes as SOD, POD and CAT were inhibited by higher concentrations of MC. With the concentration of microcystins increased, the contents of MC-LR and MC-RR accumulated in seedlings were increased, while the bioconcentration factor(BCF) were reduced. The results suggested that MC can be accumulated in Chinese cabbage seedlings, which had potential food safety risk.
