我国自由贸易港区建设投融资体制系统分析

Systematic Analysis of Investment and Financing System for the Construction of Free Trade Zone in China

随着经济总量和对外贸易的增长,投融资体制已成为制约我国自由贸易港区持续发展的瓶颈。本文系统分析了国内外自由贸易港区建设投融资体制和运行机制,探究自由贸易港区建设投融资模式发展趋势及管理制度,并提出符合我国国情的港口建设投融资体制优化建议。

As the economy and foreign trade volume grow, the investment and financing system has been restricting sustainable development of free trade zone in China. This paper analyses the investment and financing system and operational mechanisms of the free trade zone construction at home and abroad, explores its management laws and development trend, and provides with some suggestions for the port investment and financing system construction that conforms to the Chinese situation.
