城市中的“公社”——城市工业遗产建筑群再利用的可行性研究

在我国城市化的发展进程中,必然有大量历史遗存建筑被淘汰,大型工业厂房建筑群是其中不可忽视的重要部分。针对该类建筑遗产的处理态度和方法有很多种,但大部分都没有很好地实现其社会和经济效益,反而在具体改造过程中浪费了大量宝贵的社会资源。本文就此提出了工业建筑遗产新的改造方法和策略,以期实现创造社会效益和节约社会资源的双赢局面。

Large-scale industrial buildings have become an important part of historical building being edged out, which cannot be ignored in the course of China＇s urbanization. There are lots of methods aiming to solve this problem at present; However, most of them have not acquired enough social and economic benefits, but wasted many valuable social resources during the reconstruction. This paper puts forward some new strategy on this question with a view to create a win-win situation for social benefits gaining and social resources saving.
