摘要
针对传统水下航行器密封检测工作强度大,过度依赖检测人员经验的缺点,提出了一种单片机控制的无需浸水的检漏新方法。通过采用最新的压力传感器技术,实时监测气压力的变化来反应气体泄漏,设计开发了单片机控制的水下航行器密封检测系统。该系统提高了密封检测的自动化水平,简化了检测过程,提高了检测的效率。试验结果表明,该系统运行可靠,检测精度高,使用方便,适宜推广应用。
Conventional leakage detection of underwater vehicle needs heavy work, and depends largely on technicians' experience. We present a new leakage detection method, with which detection can be conducted without water. We design an leakage detection system controlled by single-chip microcomputer for underwater vehicle by using the latest pressure sensor to real-timely measure the change of pressure. This system improves automation of leakage detection, simplifies the detection process, and enhances detection efficiency. The experimental results demonstrate the reliability, precision and convenience of the system.
