摘要
喷嘴背压和喷雾锥角是喷嘴设计的重要参数,与其密切相关的贯穿距不仅影响喷嘴的设计,还关系到燃烧室的形状、强度等的设计。通过实验的方法确定这2个参数费时费力,且不易量化。本文运用数值方法对离心式喷嘴的喷雾场进行模拟,重点研究了在设定燃烧室结构的情形下喷嘴背压和喷雾锥角对贯穿距的影响规律,定量而直观。数值模拟的方法和结果可为实际喷嘴的结构及参数设计提供理论指导。
The influence of background pressure of atomizer and spraying angle on spraying field are analyzed numerically. The open literatures are most based on qualitative analysis. We attempt to conduct a quantitative analysis with computational fluid method. We build a simplified model and grid of combustion chamber with Gambit software, then set all boundaries and conditions necessary for spraying and simulate spray field in different conditions. We study the influence of background pressure by simulating the spraying process in different instants when pressure is changed coordinately and other conditions are fixed. Then we discuss the most proper pressure for the best spray quality, and analyze the influence of spraying angel in the same way. Finally we gain the conclusion: 12 MPa of pressure and 90 degrees of angel are most suitable when diameter and distribution of droplets are most advantaged for combustion.
