As one of the most controversial figures in Chinese history, Wang Mang has been firmly nailed to the historic pillory. However, history is not simple as people imagined. From such a ＂the reverse side model＂ we have observed the gleam of human right thoughts. He always put human right thoughts into practice either when he was seeking power or when he was ruling the country.
