术前护理干预对全髋关节置换术患者术后康复的效果研究

Study on the effect of nursing intervention on pre-operative on the recovery of patients after total hip replacement surgery.

目的:探讨实施术前护理干预对全髋关节置换术患者术后康复的效果。方法:采用前瞻性研究,通过全髋关节置换术健康教育小册子对全髋关节置换术的80例患者进行术前护理干预,入院时、出院时及出院后3个月对患者进行Harris评分,出院时及出院后3个月用自行设计的问卷调查表对患者进行满意度调查。结果:患者出院后3个月较出院时满意度明显增高;出院时及出院后3个月随防Harris评分较入院时明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:全髋关节置换术健康教育小册子为患者提供了所需要的信息,通过实施护理干预,可消除或缓解患者的疼痛,恢复患者的生理功能,有效促进了患者的术后康复,改善了患者的生活质量,提高了患者的满意度。

Objective： Probe into the effect of nursing intervention on pre - operative on the recovery of patients after total hip replacement surgery. Methods：80 patients with total hip replacement were given nursing intervention pre -operation by health education pamplalet,to evaluate the scores of patients when the patients admission, discharge and after discharge three months. Postoperative evaluations,associate with a satisfaction questionnaire,were carried out at the time of discharge anti＇after three months. Results：the satifaction of patient discharge three months was higher than they discharge the Harris score when the patients discharge and after three months were higher than they admission. Conclusion：The pamphlet was well accepted by patients with THR and satisties their need of information. It was also effective in improving patient＇ s satisfaction and early recovery after surgery.
